If you receive a damaged or faulty item that can be repaired we will endeavour to complete a repair as soon as possible. We will cover return shipping back to us. If you receive a damaged or defected item that cannot be repaired please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is approved on the damaged or defect item we will cover return shipping back to us.
Returns must be:
- unworn and in original condition/packaging
- be shipped back to us within in 14 days of receiving the package
We do not offer refunds for change or mind or sizing issues. We strongly suggest having sizing completed professionally to avoid sizing errors.
