We take the utmost care to ensure products are accurately described and depicted on our website. We thoroughly inspect each item prior to shipping the item to our customers.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item that can be repaired we will endeavour to complete a repair as soon as possible. Please contact our support team at info@nuijewellery.com.au to raise this and we will advise how to post back to us free of charge. If you receive a damaged or defected item that cannot be repaired please contact our support team at info@nuijewellery.com.au as soon as possible. If your return is approved on the damaged or defected item a refund will be processed.
Damaged returns must be:
- unworn and in original condition/packaging
- be shipped back to us within in 14 days of receiving the package
